    Inspired by the classic we all wait for every year, this cake tub layers soft, warmly spiced sponge with notes of cinnamon, nutmeg and citrus, paired with a smooth, lightly sweet frosting that brings it all together beautifully.

    It’s comforting, nostalgic, and just the right amount of indulgent — like a hot cross bun, but softer, creamier, and honestly… better 😏
